This is due to a significant increase in the number of people not showing up for their appointment or cancelling moments before, which directly affects the income of our highly experienced and caring RMTs. The card will only be charged if our cancellation policy is not followed. You are welcome to cancel by replying to your reminder email within the 12 hour cancellation period.
